Your Points
You can redeem your reward points to get
invoice credits after completing minimum 1 year with us.

How do I earn reward points?
A: Points are automatically earned every
month once you’ve paid your invoice on or before the due date. You will also
get reward points when you refer your friends, family, and colleagues to join
us.
Q:
Can my reward points expire?
A: Yes, points are valid for the duration
of your contract with us. If not redeemed, your points will get added to your
account upon your contract renewal with us.
Q:
How are reward points calculated against my bills?
A: 25 percent of your invoice value is
stored in your account as reward points. For example, if your bill amount is £100,
you will get 25 reward points credited in your account.
Q:
When can I redeem my reward points?
A: You
can redeem your reward points anytime after completing 1 year with us.
Q:
How do I redeem my reward points?
A: Speak to a member of our team or email
us 15 working days in advance.
Q:
What is the real money value of the reward points?
A: Each reward point is £0.25p in real
money value which can be used to redeem as credits on your bill.
